100% not recommended!! Booked for 8:30, not getting the first communication 40 mins later. and rude customer service. She was yelling at us over the phone when we said we can’t wait much longer. And ended up paying another shuttle to take us to the airport. I’ve booked shuttle so many times and this is the only company that does not communicate with their customer. I guess they’re just trying to get pay and not doing the service. If you’re booking with them make sure you’re really on them, on the time of your booking. Otherwise they’ll say it’s your fault even if they’re the one being late. Shame on VIATOR for promoting their business

Miami Luxury Shuttle was great. Called when we landed then again when we retrieved our luggage. They were prompt, friendly and informative. Would recommend.

Our driver Vila Castro was our driver on two of our three shuttles booked. He was very friendly and hospitable and got us to our destination quickly and safely! 5 stars is not enough!!
