We are traveling in a larger group and booked this service so that we could arrive at the same time as the other members of our party. The van was 30 minutes late. After 10 minutes waiting, I called the service provider and it took him almost five minutes to locate my reservation(after first hanging up on me). When he confirmed my reservation he said the driver was delayed on his prior drop off and would arrive in four minutes. A driver arrived 10 minutes later in a beat up van and indicated he had just received the call. There was no acknowledgement of the inconvenience, poor service or condition of the vehicle. I have used La Vacanza Travel many times in several countries. This was not up to their standards.

The van was new and they got there exactly when I asked them to come. The driver was very personable. I would definitely use them again when I need transportation to the Miam Cruise port.
