• Smoking, e-cigarettes and alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle
• No luggage or bags in general can be left on our unattended vehicles during visits or lunch break. Anything, you bring on with you must by curried on while not on the vehicle.
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

A complimentary pick up from several hotels in Downtown Montreal can be arranged when requested at least 24 hours in advance. You can do so by choosing from the hotel list upon booking too. If your hotel is not included, please send us a message as early as possible and we will advise the closest pick-up point.
Pick-up from the listed hotels starts by 9 am. Please wait patiently in the lobby by 9. Your provided mobile number will be contacted when you need to meet your guide outside.

Pickup and drop off services are provided on a complementary basis courtesy of Ntours. In case of road closure or intense traffic in the area of a hotel, we shall make our best to advise alternative pickup/drop off location as close as possible to your hotel.

If you choose to join at the start point at Le Square Philips Hotel, please wait in the hotel lobby by 9:15 am and wait for a text from your guide to meet outside.
