All visitors receive a complimentary chocolate on entry, plus your actual entry ticket is made of chocolate…so you can eat it! The Phillip Island Chocolate Factory is an easy 90 minute drive from Melbourne, just one kilometre past the bridge to Phillip Island.

Tantalize your taste buds at the Phillip Island Chocolate Factory. Watch chocolatiers at work, design your own chocolate bar and follow the journey of cacao beans from tree to truffle. Explore interactive candymaking exhibits and delectable delights like a miniature chocolate village and the world’s largest chocolate waterfall. Grab a seat at the Pannys Chocolate Café to indulge in the chocolate-inspired menu (own expense), and browse the gift shop where you can purchase more than 190 different kinds of chocolatey treats to take home.

- Pre-booking is not necessary for our chocolate tour. Tickets are available for purchase on entry.
- All patrons are required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 for entry as per current Victorian Government health directives. Please kind show proof of vaccination to our staff upon entry.
- Entry for Retail Shop and Cafe are free and separate from the tour.

Not worth the stop. Arrived approx 1030am on a Sunday, shelves only half full at best. When I asked about a product I was told they have received all their stock for the day. Cafe slow, I left before ordering

Just awful. The chocolate is cheap rubbish at insane prices. Your not Koko Black for god's sake. The cafeteria food is worse than food court crap. The staff have no clue how to interact with the public. The tour is insanely priced with a few gimmicky things to see. What factory? People putting stock in a box? Get real. My kids didn't like any of it. I left really angry. The worst tourist attraction I've ever been to in my life. Absolute disgrace.

The tour is well worth the money. A great morning for kids. The tour is a self guided and had a lot of hands on activities for young and old. Free chocolate samples, make your own chocolate shapes. The cafe has robots which is cool for the kids too

went long weekend in march ... bought milkshakes for the kids and returned them..instead of icy cold they were warm...not pleasant on a hot day...didnt do the tour too expensive....bought some chocolate..just ok and over priced...would not reccomend...better chocolate factories around

Such a pleasant surprise. I can't believe it has low reviews. We went on a busy day (Aus Day Long Weekend) but it added to the atmosphere. Line was out the door but we still only waited 10 minutes. Some bits were a tad bottlenecked but still totally manageable and didn't have to wait too long. The whole tour is interactive. There's only like one or two sections where you just read or observed. We went with our 4 year old and my unenthusiastic husband who also said it exceeded his expectations. Chocolate bar included in tickets, plus tokens to play games, free chocolate game and then of course chocolate at the shop at the end. Lovely customer service. Chocolate was decent enough that we bought some products at the end.
