The booking company did not give voucher with the right dates and the voucher reflects a completed status even before the trip started: The voucher was paid for in Dec 2023 but the trip is not until March 2024, Furthermore after confirming the dates I was asked to pay for additional two days: The payment was given but no new voucher was provided with no response to email inquiries.
