This was a great last activity before returning to the UK, we learnt so much and it was a privilege to be in Jyotis home , she knows what she is doing and is such a calm lovely funny person , she provides notes and can answer any questions , lovely starters snacks and any dish you wish to make was accommodated , highly recommended.
We had the best time with Jyoti - we would definitely recommend a cooking class with her. She was extremely welcoming and personable, adapting the menu to what we wanted to learn to cook. The food was absolutely delicious and it was one of the highlights of our trip. It was great to see her home and get a glimpse into life living in New Delhi. We now feel way more confident cooking Indian cuisine when we get back to the UK. Absolutely brilliant experience - definitely recommend booking.
We had a fantastic afternoon. Learnt the basics for great Indian food. Jyoti is an excellent teacher and will take your lead on what to cook. A not to be missed event for anybody interested in food and culture.
My wife and I had a fantastic experience celebrating her birthday with Gourmet Desire. Jyoti was amazing and had a wealth of knowledge about Indian cooking to share with us. We both love Indian food and wanted to learn the authentic way to use spices to create complex flavours and a true taste of India. We learned so much during our experience and even better was to eat our labour at the end. Jyoti and her son made my wife’s birthday truly and special and we have created memories to treasure for a life time.
