Had an amazing all access tour with our guide Jaclyn. Heart felt tour especially with her personal connection to 9/11. Small group of us on the tour and Jaclyn held everyone’s attention throughout. I would definitely recommend this tour.

We are so glad we chose to do the All-Access 9/11 tour on our short trip to New York. We had two full days to squeeze everything in, and it was important to us both to visit Ground Zero and honor the lives that were lost on 9/11 and since. We had Dana as our tour guide and we feel as though we hit the jackpot. She was incredibly knowledgable about all of the things she "should" know about the day and years since 9/11, plus gave us so much more "insider" knowledge. She had the perfect blend of personal experience and perspective, mixed with straight historical facts. I can't call this tour "fun," as that's not its nature, but it was enjoyable and worthwhile. Thanks Dana! Note for booking: It probably will take longer than you think to do the all-access tour. The museum deserves more & reverence to walk through, and you may be a bit worn out after the first portion of the tour. By the time we got to the observatory, we were hungry and tired!
