Matt our driver was amazing. The whole experience was great! He was very attentive and knowledgeable. Strawberry, our house, was beautiful. The photo package is definitely worth it!

Was unable to make tour had originally booked for 7pm. Day before was texted that last tour would be 530pm. Had a prior tour that was 6hrs and ran behind. This the reason I had originally booked for 7pm.

Booked a set time and received confirmation for that time. When we arrived just before our designated time I received a message saying that they couldn’t take us until an hour and a half later. We already had plans so we booked elsewhere and then found out our original booked time was given to someone else. We are supposed to get a refund but have yet received anything.

Overall experience was good, glad we did it, Oscar was a little disengaged and our ride was cut short by 10 minutes, Strawberry was awesome
