    Honestly, only do this if it’s your first time in the city. The experience is dated and just plain unenjoyable. Given the staff were really friendly (given they seem really under staffed) but the place was a mess. Overcrowded, people just doing their own thing skipping queues etc and just dull to be honest. We had a much better time doing the edge/ Summit one - 2 extremely modern observation decks with so much more to them (for less money) and you get a great view of the Empire State Building from both of them. If we come back- i definitely would not be rushing back to the Empire State Building.

    Great experience, fantastic blend of a mini museum and incredible views. Some of the female staff are incredibly rude though, to the point where it’s quite insulting and took the shine off the experience, eye rolls, tutting, borderline shouting at you. It felt like you were going through customs when with respect they were chaperoning people in and out of elevators

    Must do for a visit in New York. Great views and enjoyed the lego star wars displays during our family trip from the UK. Loved it!

    Arrived early and already a huge queue had formed, but it moved very quickly. The museum was fascinating. Spent quite a lot of time looking around. Enjoyed the interactive experience with King Kong and the aeroplanes flying around. Great views of New York and beyond (the weather was brilliant) . I would recommend going to the Empire State building before going to any other viewing skyscrapers but overall we had a very enjoyable morning.

    My mother and I visited the Empire State Building. The museum-like info on the 2nd and 80th floors was included for all tickets. There was a bit of a line to get a photo with King Kong's hands breaking through the walls of the building, but very cool! You can go outside on the 86th floor deck where they had fresh made donuts just inside. Going up the 102nd floor, you couldn't go outside, but the view were spectacular with floor to ceiling glass windows. But taking the elevator down from 102 to 86, you get to bypass the line on the 86th floor to go down the remaining way. The line was quite long when we visited and we were thankful to be able to go quickly. All staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. They do take a group photo upon entry that is available for purchase when leaving.
