The statue of liberty cruise was lovely but only ran at 12.30 and 6pm since it was winter and you don’t get to choose one, they allocate you a time. They tell you they will send you an Empire State ticket, I had booked 4.15pm and got sent 1 senior ticket for 3.30pm and they claimed it would be ok to enter anytime from 3.30-4.30. This was not the case, I arrived at the Empire State building expecting to go up for sunset and instead wasn’t allowed through the barriers as I was too late for my slot and also I am not of senior age (had booked an adult through this) so would have had to buy a new ticket for $58 if I just wanted the 86th floor (which was what my useless ticket had) or $108 for the 86th and 102nd floor (which is what the La Vacanza Travel description made it seem this package included). Overall, a very disappointing experience and I would just recommend buying your tickets direct from the Empire State or from the other package providers. Not from these people, awful way to end my trip.
