New York City-based Chef Diego graduated from the highly accredited Gastronomic Institute D’Gallia in Lima, Peru. Chef Diego began his culinary experience in his home country of Peru, where he worked in various parts of the industry. Since arriving in the United States, Chef Diego has worked in some of the most loved kitchens across New York City, including Michelin-starred restaurants. His passion for learning led him to dive deeper into expanding his skillset with a diverse list of international cuisine styles. Aside from his native Peruvian roots, Chef Diego specializes in a wide variety of cooking styles from Asian to Spanish, Italian to Mexican. With the same passion Chef Diego offers his students a fun and easy way to learn and recreate all of these amazing techniques and recipes right from the comfort of home.
