The tour itself was good, but we had trouble finding where to pick up the bus during the Christmas market period

I sent your company an email saying that our plane would be very late. We finally arrived in Nuremberg at 3:00pm to our hotel. I never heard back from your company with my request to give us tickets for the next day December 16. We lost our ability to take your excursion. And you did not offer us any help.

The bus was good, but we weren't sure what corner to catch the bus, and we just missed it in the morning. We had to wait 2 hours for the next bus. The bus doesn't run often in Nov. Once we got on the bus, it was very informative and we enjoyed it.

This was well worth the money. Some of the places, like the Rally grounds, are tricky to get to on your own. Very good route and good prices

The city is lovely, lots to see and the people were very friendly. Meals were quite expensive but lots of places to eat.
