    Yesterday we did a yoga session at the EKHO Ella with the kindest yogi we’ve ever met, Indika. He is super experienced and taught us a lot about yoga and meditation. Thank you very much for this incredible evening, we had such a good time.

    Last minute it was possible to book a yoga lesson. The location with view on Ella gap adds to the experience. Not that the experience needed it: it was authentic yoga with a bit of everything; short meditation, warm up, some asanas, stretch and end relaxation. Focus on body and mind. Highly recommended!

    We did the 6 AM session and it was so lovely! The instructor is a really nice guy and so chill and calm. It was a good session and we learned allot! Would really recommend if your in Ella and looking for a chill activity!

    The yoga session with Indika was unique in all aspects. The unit, the location, his yoga practice and above all Indika himself. As he has been familiar with the teachings since childhood, one also enjoys correspondingly good care. He introduced us (advanced and beginners) to the meaning of the yoga practice common in Sri Lanka and implemented energising and meditative exercises with us. After 1 1/2 hours we were fresh and relaxed again or as we learned - the body and the mind were brought back into harmony. A real must-have for all yoga-interested and advanced yogis.

    We took an early morning Yoga class at Ekho Ella. Indika came out to give the class. It was a really good stretch while taking in the amazing surroundings. I would totally do it again.
