    The guide Chico was excellent!! Very knowledgeable and friendly!! Disappointed we had to stand the entire trip but it was a busy time slot.

    Deno was a fantastic tour guide! He was very courteous and warm with all passengers. Alongside that, his knowledge of the history and island stories of Honolulu was simply bewildering. I highly recommend Deno as your next tour guide for Waikiki Trolley Tours!

    Although the information provided and the route was nice for an overview of waikiki, the trolley is inadequate for the amount of people taking this tour. Tours only run hourly and if you dont get on at the very first stop, you wont be able to board. That is what happen to me. I was the third stop on the route and when the trolley got to my location, the driver was apologetic that he could not pick up any passengers. What?? I had to walk to the very first stop and wait until the next hour to board a trolley on this line. People were also stuck standing for the tour. You expect to be able to get a seat as well as be accomodated if you pay for a tour, correct? The double deckers were used for other line routes. Made you feel like you werent quite up to the level deserving of adequate seating for the money paid. Really quite a shame for a Hop on Hop off tour. I have taken others in other states and cities and never experienced anything like this. This put a damper on my experience and thusly was not really impressed with the whole experience.

    This tour was a great experience. Our tour guide Turk was absolutely wonderful. We learned so much about Honolulu, Oahu, and Hawaiian culture, and Turk made it fun and enjoyable.

    RJ was our driver and guide. He was entertaining, lively, and a wealth of stories and information. This was a great way to see the city and to get to various tourist sites. It is an open-air "trolley" with limited seating and with room to stand. Be prepared to stand. Also be prepared to get wet should it pour rain. The buses leave approximately hourly and the tour loop is about 2 hours.
