1. Select the transportation service you require. Choose the correct drop-off location. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number.
2. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone.
3. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info.
4. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver.
5. Meet your driver at the pickup location.
6. Present your voucher and identify yourself with the driver.
7. To avoid extra mile charges, please choose the correct drop-off destination.

* Any changes or updates can be done at least 24 hours before the ride. * Make sure your choose the correct drop off option, addresses outside the chosen option will have extra charges. *Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. * Infant seats are available subject to availability not guarantee (ask for them at special request) * Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate 60 minutes waiting time for airport pick-up For international flights, you may take extra time at immigration and customs, if this is your case, please be advised that for sure you will need an extra hour and a half. Consider this when scheduling your pick-up time.
