The tour was nothing short of mystical. Bats and swallows dominated the dark and vast space within, fluttering gracefully around unimaginably spectacular sculptures formed over millions of years. Echo, our tour guide, was an absolute professional. From start to finish, the tour was perfect. We felt safe. We felt entertained. We felt cared for. There were NO issues - just wonder and awe. Echo quenched our curiosities through his endless knowledge and burning passion for studying and protecting the natural world. By the way, he’s an excellent photographer too! I rate the experience a full 10/10. Even though it was my second tour to the Underground River, I would definitely do it again!

The Zipline was awesome, exelatating, freeing , felt like flying. My wife was a little skeptical but once we lifted off it was beautiful. The underground river was very interesting, guide was informative. Overall a great time

We booked the underground river tour from Puerto Princessa and transfer to El Nido. Also we did the additional extra (mangrove tour) our tour was great, the underground river was beautiful. Spectacular to see and atmospheric with the bats and swallows flying around. Our guide Echo was excellent. He was very helpful and clear in explaining the schedule for the day. I was apprehensive about our transfer to El Nido as there confusing info about this online. We were dropped of at the small shop and cafe at Salvacion for the transfer, waited for our driver (organised through the same company) Echo had told the driver our name so no stresses there. The driver came found us and took us to El Nido in about 4.5 hrs.

I highly recommend doing this tour if you’re going to Palawan! Ate Beth and all the boat drivers were amazing tour guides and I learned so much about the island and its history! As a Filipino who was born and raised in North America, I really appreciated learning about my home country and seeing how beautiful the island is!

Caution. Corazan picked us up in a tiny van and stuffed 13 people in it. We had 3 people 6ft tall in the back with no room. These vans are tiny and might be good for the wonderful Filipino people but not tourists. The driving is a bit wild, curvy bumpy roads, that's not the drivers fault but he was going a bit fast. Also I caught the driver watching videos on his cell phone and showing them to people in the front WHILE DRIVING. I yelled out to the guide and eventually she got him to stop. Very dangerous. Also, I had hoped the guide would have set things up on site for each of the excursions because you have to WAIT and WAIT and WAIT for boats, etc. So maybe the guide can request a boat earlier so the guests aren't waiting for hours. Wouldn't reccommend this trip unless you are ready for a LONG DAY, WINY ROADS, STUFFED VAN, LONG WAITS. The tour company needs to improve this.
