This is a great way to see all of the major sites to be seen in Paris. Also a great way to get acclimated to the area since it’s our first time here.

We made good use of our 24 hour bus ticket and really learned and saw a lot. Our first time on these buses we always ride through the entire route to become familiar with all that is available. The second time, we were coming from our Eiffel Tower tour so hopped on the bus and then got off at Notre Dame before returning to our hotel. (There was a bus stop just 2 blocks from our hotel - so very convenient.) The bus provides ear buds to plug in at your seat which provides access to the narration which is available in several languages. When you get off the bus, you take your earbuds with you and then use them again when you get back on (though there's a big box of them at the door should you misplace them along the way!). The full tour is about 2 1/2 hours so even if that's all you have time for it's a good deal, but we always love being able to get off and on as desired - the buses run about every 7-15 minutes so never a delay waiting and the number of buses is plentiful. They are double deckers so those of us who like to sit outside and not take photos through windows loved it!

Our flight frim Canada to Paris was delayed several hours. We were not able to activate our 48 hr pass with 1 hr Seine cruise on the first day. Unfortunately, when I went to activate it on day 2, it showed the tour as "complete" and I could not retrieve my ticket online. I called customer service and they very efficiently e-mailed me the link to my ticket and I was able to enjoy the tour for a full 48 hrs. Thank you and 5 stars to Micah Grace for providing optimum customer service!! The Big Bus guide was prompt to print my La Vacanza Travel tour pass and river cruise ticket at one of theroute stops. Everything went smoothly and as planned!!

Was not given spots to pick bus up. The trip should tell you to download the big bus application. Then the hours do not coincide with the literature. I was stuck at the Eiffel Tower with no ride to train station. Bus driver told me they will still be running after my cruise.

Great way to see all the Paris landmarks. Worth every cent. Enjoyable all the way throughout and safety procedures on board the bus followed. Super friendly and humorous driver. I would definitely recommend to anyone that would like to see all of the city of Paris highlights, landmarks and the citues history. You can get on/off at any stop and go back on any of the stops thrpughout the day of the Big Buses ( of which there are many). Would definitely use this provider again.
