Great experience. The man giving the orientation was really personable. The bikes were clean and well cared for. He even gave us his number in case we got lost or crashed. (We didn’t)
Enjoyed the 2 hour 15 mile bike ride. I would recommend it! The scenery was incredible and the biking was a lot of fun. Drake was thorough and made sure we were all set.
Stopped in on our way to Sedona and had a blast. Get the 2 hour ride and do both of the main trails. We had kids on the tandem and although one of the hitches was a little wonky, we made it work and the tech did his best to get it working, wasn't really his fault and ultimately didn't hurt our experience. But if you want your kids to join make sure you are clear and definitely get there early to test it out. And get the communications helmets. LIFE CHANGER and we actually bought 2 for personal use when we got home.
Tyler was great at orienting us to using the e-bikes and making sure we were comfortable before sending us off. The bikes were easy to use and comfortable to ride. The scenery around the dells was beautiful and we were able to do all of the trails within the allotted time. We'd definitely give the e-bikes another try in the future.
We really enjoyed our tour with Prescott E-bikes. The trail was beautiful. The e-bikes worked great. I would highly recommend paying extra for the Helmets with the two way radio. They worked great we were able to talk to each with ease the whole tour. Tyler our guide was very friendly and helpful. He is very thorough with the instructions so by the time we set off to ride I was well prepared. This was my first time riding an e-bike and I loved the experience. I would do it again.
