Directions: If your hotel is located beyond 15 kilometers from Puerto Princesa Airport, a designated pick up point shall be communicated to you. You will be picked up and dropped off at this location. You may arrange your own transportation to this location. We shall also help you find alternate transportation or arrange a private transfer subject to a surcharge of $80.

The trip was fantastic . The scenes are spectacular and nature is amazing . We had a great and safe and cheerful driver RV and a great tour guide Reggie. I highly recommend the trip and the travel agency

Corazon Travel and Tours, and our guide Roman, were a delight. We arranged a private tour due to time constraints. Roman was ready and waiting for us in our hotel lobby shortly before the appointed time. Throughout the long day he was friendly and informative. He made the day go smoothly so that we could just relax and enjoy the amazing day. The underground river tour itself is unique and impressive. Overall, we are very happy with our experience and highly recommend it.

It would be hard to screw up something as incredible as the underground river so I recommend this trip! The guides were very communicative about expectations for wait times, the drive over was comfortable and they were very on top of picking me up at the airport and making sure everyone got to where they needed to go after the trip. The reason this isn't a five star review is because the wording was a little misleading regarding the "forest walk" in the national park. We were told that we would get to go on a hike and what we did was not a hike at all (200M walk from the landing to the boats to get into the cave) and many of us were disappointed. However, everything else was great and I had a wonderful time. The care that's taken to preserve the cave is admirable and everything was efficient.

Read the whole review. Firstly I want to make it clear the caves were fantastic and I recommend anyone seeing them. HOWEVER the tour was disappointing. To start, we were collected 20 minutes late and it took 2 hours from Puerto Princessa city to get to the dock. The mini bus did have ac but was very cramped with 9 people in total. It then took 2 hours for our tour guide to sort the permit for us to get a boat to the caves. The itinerary is also incorrect. The ‘beach' which states you have 2 hours at, is infact the dock that you wait at, and is not an area to have leisurely time in. The lunch provided was a buffet and it was very tasty. I would recommend the caves to a friend but not this tour company. The 6- 8 hour tour was correct but the majority of this time was in the mini bus or dock, the cave tour is only 45 minutes.

This is a great place to visit ounce you traveled in Palawan. Great history and have a very creative rock formations and the nature is amazing as always in palawan.
