If you were to only book one trip in San Francisco, this is the one to choose. We arranged our Local Flavours tour for the first day when we arrived in the city and it was the best thing we could have done. Rolando our guide was knowledgeable, entertaining and passionate about the city which was catching. He took us to all the most famous sights and many more, giving us fascinating information about the history and local culture. We were provided with the information that we needed and the confidence to make the most of the next few days in this fantastic city.

There has been a lot of recent new critical of San Francisco, so I really wanted to see the city through the eyes of a local. The guide (and owner) Rolando was OUTSTANDING!!! Couldn’t have asked to a more knowledgeable person full of stories and charisma of the past, present, and future of the city. You can tell he’s been doing this for a while and still has a genuine love for his home town. The tour was small and intimate. It felt like a friend showing me around town. I’d do it again I had such a good time.

My 10 year old and I planned this tour at the begining of our week long trip to SF. Doing this tour early in our trip worked really well for us. It gave us a good feel for the city and it's nuances, hidden and not so hidden treasures. It gave us the opportunity to pick our guides brain regarding fun things to do and great restaurants to got to which helped us finesse the rest of our trip. Rolando was our guide and we were so incredibly thankful to have him guide us. He was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and funny. He genuinely cares about his tourists and their vaactions. He provided the perfect mix of history and humor, and even allowed for some quiet time to enjoy the views. Music played on the bus occasionaly and it fit the topics and filled you with that SF vibe!! The tour itself was well thought out. Timing at each stop was perfect and allowed for photos and conversation. We were so glad we booked this tour early in our trip. I highly recommend this tour and Rolando! It was worth the cost and made for some fantastic memories.
