The best experience ever with Tourex . Highly recommend and would go this oriental amazing trip everytime i visit Sharm Al Sheikh. Its so joyful and the shows are amusing as well driving the quads in the desert with the best Highly-qualified crew . Highly recommended specifically for taking memorable photos with astonishing view.

This seems like a really popular trip in Sharm and sounds great, unfortunately our experience was very disappointing, on our buggy ride we were constantly hassled by a photographer who kept asking us to pose for photographs we did not want, it spoilt the experience and no matter how many I asked him ot leave us alone he wouldn’t. Even when you’re driving along he’s following you shouting at you to pose for pictures. The trip in the buggy / quad ride just seemed an excuse to extort money from us, as if the photographer wasn’t enough, half way through the drive we we stopped for a break or in an area where there were young children waiting to sell us tatty string bracelets. They would not leave us alone. These were not some impoverished kids in desperate need or even genuine Bedouins, just another money making racket Next we stopped at tented area for Egyptian tea a break making. We were offered cold drinks on arrival, and as soon as we opened them we were asked for money, everyone assumed they were complementary & part of the trip but just another effort to extort money. When I refused to pay the hosts became quite aggressive towards me and upset my 9 year old son. Next was the Camel ride, if you’re an animal lover don’t do this trip, the camels were clearly badly treaded one had bleeding wounds and mange, it was upsetting to see. The dinner and show was the best bit of the trip, Yes! warm water rice and chicken sitting on rock hard seats while various people try to charge you for extra’s like a cold drink, popcorn, more photos is the highlight! The final disappointment was the star gazing, the area they take you too (take everyone too) has so much light pollution that I can genuinely say I can see more stars in my own back garden in SE England. It really isn’t worth it. There are loads of companies offering this trip in Sharm but essentially it’s all the same trip to the same place, some areas had more vehicles than the M25 on a Friday night.

Quad biking was good, camel ride was not really enjoyable as there were children leading them, it was less than 5 mins long and health conditions of camels was not good, lots of scars and wounds on some, we were pestered for money along the trip by photographers and the children leading the camels,Bedouin diner was ok chicken rice and some veg, again beware of extra charges for some items put in front of u without asking if u wanted them, the show was disappointing just a fire juggler then a night time quad ride back to the base , where again we were asked if we enjoyed then to give money to the man running the quads. as it was already quite expensive and not a trip i would really reccomend doing i believe it didnt warrant paying more , although if i thought the extra money would go to the care of the poor camels then i would have gladly given extra
