This is a great day out for all the family and everyone, the staff on board were very friendly and made a nice day out for us. When you buy online be prepared to be asked for money when you check in just tell them no and demand your tickets pay no more money.

Fisrt the driver that you pay for as part of the package never showed upto pick us up so we had to provide our own transportation last minute to the dock and almost missed the boat. It was advertised as a three hour trip but only ended up being about an hour and 20 minutes. We booked and english speaking tour but were the only english speakers on the boat and the guide only spoke Russian. They also told us that we needed to pay $5 per person in the group for an entry pass into Ras Mohammed national park. The boat goes nowhere near the park so I believe they are scamming people out of more money. The scenery was good, but just be aware of what you are getting (definitely not what is advertised) and make inquiries about the Ras Mohammed fees prior as I am certian they are scamming extra cash.

Terrible customer service, they picked us up and tried scamming us with the National park ticket fee thats not included ($5usd) per person. they told us for 3 people it would be 900 egp, so 300egp per person. $5 usd per person is approximately 150 EGP so for 3 people it would be 450 EGP. i had to argue it and they were so rude and condescending as if we didnt know how to count. they finally agreed and we paid 450 egp. When we got on the submarine there was only a russian speaking guide, when we said we paid for an english guide, they said they only knew russian but will see if they can find someone, then they got us someone who showed us 2 paragraphs on his phone about the reef, he otld us ot read it cause he doesnt know english. So essentially you dont get what you paid for, no guide, rude treatment, beware of ticket pricing scam, we were also told by local guides that there is no NAtional park tickets fee because you dont cross it. so that by itself is a possible scam. beware. when i contacted them for a refund for a service not provided, they were rude and blamed it on us and said we are just in a bad mood and only refunded 5$.

Pickup was on time, staff was friendly and it was very little hassle. Missing one star as the car that picked us up didn't have functioning seatbelts

Very much enjoyed this trip, so many fish to see. Comfortable journey in air conditioned bus. Just a little let down was when on the boat they only spoke in 2 languages and did make any announcements in English. But we made ourselves aware of life jacket areas etc.
