Mt. Fuji 5th Level Station
The Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station is placed in the middle of the mountain trail. After going up through a scenic toll road, you’ll reach the station where you can enjoy the view from the mountain at 2300 meters above sea level.
There is also an easy mountain trail (45min-1.5h), which is best for those who want to feel like hiking on the mountain but not actually intended to climb.

Yamanakako Hanano Miyako Park (花の都公園) is a flower field located at the base of Mt.Fuji, near Yamanakako Lake. The park and the surrounding field are filled with seasonal flowers and visitors can enjoy the dreamlike view of Mt.Fuji with charming flowers.

This is only a tiny park located by Lake Yamanakako and there are not much to enjoy…except the gorgeous & stunning closer view of Mt. Fuji over the lake. This is one of the best places to take photos of Mt. Fuji, where many kinds of wild birds also come to enjoy the nature.

Stop At: Oshino Hakkai, 151 Shibokusa, Oshino-mura, Minamitsuru-gun 401-0511 Yamanashi Prefecture
Oshino Hakkai is a traditional village-like area containing eight spring ponds. Those small ponds are filled with crystal clear water that comes down from Mt. Fuji, where several kinds of colorful fish swim.

Stop At: Oishi Park, Oishi, Fujikawaguchiko-machi, Minamitsuru-gun 401-0305 Yamanashi Prefecture
Oishi Park, located on the north shore of Lake Kawaguchiko, is popular place where you can enjoy the view of lake and Mt.Fuji at once. Various flowers bloom on the promenade along the lakeside from spring to autumn.

Stop At: Lake Kawaguchiko, Fujikawaguchiko-machi, Minamitsuru-gun 401-0300 Yamanashi Prefecture
One of the various ways to enjoy the time by Lake Kawaguchi is by boat. There are swan boats, paddling boats and cruise ships, but our recommendation is the fast-speed boat. You can enjoy the panoramic view of the lake and Mt. Fuji while on a high-speed & exciting boat ride. The ride goes around the lake in 10-15 min.

Stop At: Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine, 3353 Arakura Arakurayama Sengen Park, Fujiyoshida 403-0011 Yamanashi Prefecture
Founded in 705, the shrine enshrines the goddess of Mt. Fuji, Konohanasakuya. Today the shrine is known as one of the most scenic place around Mt. Fuji…but be prepared! You’ll need to go up the steep steps to reach the Five-storied Pagoda!
