Bernard was my tour guide and he was amazing! He was always punctual with drop offs and pickups. He was very knowledgeable of the area and got us safely to Niagara Falls and back to Toronto. The shuttle is very comfortable. This tour is good for everyone: my tour was occupied by families, couples, and other solo travelers. You take a scenic route to the Falls. I highly recommend booking this tour if you’re staying in Toronto. I was the last to get dropped off and Bernard was kind enough to drop me off very close to my hotel. My pick up time was 0755 and I was back at my hotel around 5pm. Please note that there is a customary tip so bring cash with you which can be paid in CAD or USD.

Bernard was a brilliant tour guide, could not do enough in terms of flexibility towards our different wants. Cheerful & informative. Only downside, seats on bus are on the narrow side, if you are a later pick up your options are more limited & you may not be seated with your group.

We had a fantastic trip to the Falls. In spite of the rain we had a truly great time. Bernad was a fantastic tourguide and driver with personal attention for all participants. We also appreciated his flexibility: he suggested stuff we could see and do but if we wanted somethibg else that was no problem either. Price - quality was sublime and we also really liked the fact that we travelled in a small group. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had the best time, the ride was comfortable, the driver was very accommodating, knowledgeable. The town of niagra falls was so cool, lots to do, you get to do whatever you would like then meet back up. We had plenty of time! It was awesome
