Our ticket showed pick up time as 9 AM, however when we arrived at 8:35 AM the driver informed us we "were late and everyone was waiting for us" I told him our ticket said pick up was 9 AM but he argued with me that it was "always 8:30 AM". I felt 2 hours at Niagara Falls area wasn't long enough, we barely had time to grab a bite to eat after the boat tour. More time was needed there, less time at Niagara on the Lake.

Amazing tour. Tour guide guy was fantastic. Overall recommend this tour gives you the option to explore around but still gives you context and background on historic landmarks

I booked a tour to the Niagara fall with pickup at 8:30 at Fairmont Royal Clark hotel. We waited till 9:30 but no bus came to pick us up. I paid over €200 for the trip. I received an email with “ Thanks for joining us” . Then I made a phonecall to VIP Ontario tours. I told the lady my story. She denied and said they were waiting for me. The porter at the hotel helped me all the time. Then the phonecall was interrupted by VIP. I tried several times to call but the call was not answered . My advice. Don’t book with VIP.
