Pickup Details

AIRPORT PICKUP PROCEDURES INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS: Driver will meet guests by the two wooden statues. Once the guests have cleared customs and immigration and have collected their baggage they should proceed outside the customs hall to meet the driver. The two wooden statues are located in the general public meet and greet area. DOMESTIC ARRIVALS: Driver will meet guests by baggage carousel. CRUISE SHIP TERMINAL PICKUP PROCEDURES Our driver arrives at your pick up time and will be waiting in the bus / limo holding lot which is located just 5 minutes away from the cruise terminal. Please proceed to the "Limousine / Shuttle" desk when you are ready for pickup. Inform terminal dispatcher that you booked a limousine with Urban Limo. They will dispatch us up to you.
