The driver Sonny was waiting for us at our hotel as requested, in fact he was early which is always a plus for me. The car was very clean and he offered to set the temp to our preference. Overall an excellent experience.

Urban Limousine, the operator in Vancouver was great! Dealing with La Vacanza Travel was a nightmare! I called La Vacanza Travel to change my pickup request from two SUVs to the 14 passenger van which we used to get to the cruise line . I was one the phone with La Vacanza Travel for 20 minutes and they couldn’t figure out how to make the change? I finally called Urban Limousine directly and they took care of it

I was told that only 5 passenger SUVs were available so I ordered two vehicles for my family of 9. The first vehicle was a 14 passenger van so we all loaded up in that van for the trip to the cruise ship. When I called La Vacanza Travel to tell them not to send the second vehicle I was told they didn’t have contact with the provider and couldn’t stop the 2nd vehicle nor the charges for the 2nd vehicle.
