Stop At: Vancouver Downtown, Vancouver, British Columbia Canada

We will begin our photographic exploration in Downtown Vancouver which offers endless opportunities to capture candid moments of city life. We will observe the rhythm of the city as people rush by and seize the chance to freeze a fleeting glance, a spontaneous gesture, or an interaction between strangers that embodies the essence of urban life.

Here we will focus on the interplay of light and shadows capturing silhouettes, reflections and shadows as we use the urban built environment to compose images.

Stop At: Chinatown, Chinatown, Vancouver, British Columbia

This historic district, one of the oldest and largest in North America, provides numerous opportunities for street photography. Within Chinatown's narrow alleyways and bustling markets, your camera lens will capture an array of colors, textures, and cultural expressions. Photograph the vendors at the food stalls, offering an assortment of treats, from steaming dumplings to barbecued meats and explore the unique architecture of this neighborhood.

Stop At: Gastown, Waterfront between Granville and Main Sts. North of Hastings St., Vancouver, British Columbia V6B 2K7 Canada

If time allows, we will continue our photo tour with a stroll around Gastown, Vancouver's historic neighborhood, capturing the blend of old-world charm and modern vibrancy that characterizes the area. Capture the juxtaposition of heritage buildings against modern urban aesthetics, and document the dynamic energy of local street performers while immersing yourself in the rich cultural tapestry of this captivating district.
