Such an amazing experience and great way for our group of 8 to travel to our Airbnb upon arrival to Venice! We were dropped off just two minutes from our doorway. One of the most exciting entrances to a city, especially for us first-timers staying in Venice!

We really struggled knowing where to go. Our flight was delayed and we messaged through La Vacanza Travel, but received no answer. When we finally found the boat, we were informed ‘this is not your boat’. When we explained what had happened, they were quick to resolve the issue and got us on that boat. The driver was friendly, ride affordable and experience enjoyable. This is what brings the rating up. The frustration with communication and directions made it more challenging than it should have been.

The service was prompt, friendly, delightful and dropped us directly at our hotel. The water taxi was waiting for us when we arrived at the quayside and the journey across the lagoon to the city was exhilarating.

Directions said we would be greeted in the arrival lobby. After an hour of searching we discovered we were expected to find room 71
