What Can You Expect?

The tour starts with a private limousine pick up from your hotel in Vienna at 9am, and you will then take a 1-hour private ride to the vibrant city center of Bratislava to take a private walking tour with a local guide

Along the way of this walking tour you will visit places such as:

National Theatre

The Old Town

St. Michals Tower

St. Martins Cathedral

Bratislava castle

You will start your walking tour at Bratislava castle and Parliament to meet your local guide. You will first see the stunning views of Bratislava. After short walk around the castle and its gardens you will make your way to the old town center where you can explore the atmosphere of this old medieval city and see landmarks such as the old theater, squares, and famous "Cumil."

After a great tour, you will have a few hours of free time to explore the city and buy some souvenirs. At 4pm, you head back to Vienna by boat, train or private transport.

Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, and Bratislava was an enchanting city. We loved the castle and the old city.

we were collected from our accommodation and driven by car to Bratislava. We were met by our guide, who provided an interesting 3 hour tour of the old town. We then had free time and had a good lunch before returning by car to Vienna. Bratislave was relatively quiet. We learnt about the history of Slovakia. Worth doing when in Vienna as a different day trip.

The weather was windy and bitter cold that day. I was miserably cold, but my tour guide was very supportive and engaging throughout the entire walk. I was so impressed that she didn't let the weather stop her at all. The driver who took me there and back was professional, and I was so thankful that he was amenable to taking me back as soon as the walking tour was done, because I was just too cold to explore anymore. I'm just sad I unknowingly picked such a bad day to see Bratislava! I will have to return in the spring or the fall to thoroughly enjoy it for a full day.

The guide was very informative about the city. IHowever, the driver was very quite the whole trip. Would have been perfect if the driver explain what we were seeing in the countryside.
