It was well run and a great time. Highly recommend. Wolfi was very engaging and took us to some enjoyanle spots as well as informed us about the area.
Eight long time friends took over Vienna for four hours, exploring the city’s hidden gems and making unforgettable memories. Wolfy was waiting for us at our agreed upon location. We’re from Florida and wanted to taste and see the real Vienna. As we walked and talked, Wolfy shared what he loves about his beautiful city. He was so friendly, fun and informative….and very organized. We had 4 stops to make and at each place the people were ready with our table and serving us amazing food…. First stop at the outdoor market with wine and charcuterie boards filled with goodies. Then on to his favorite dessert place owned by some grandmas. The very best apple strudel ever! AND a yeast roll filled with a plum filling soaking in a delicious white cream sauce. Soooo good. We had dessert before dinner. Next spot - Wolfy brought us by way of the subway to a special dinner place - again a table waiting for us. Wasn’t a fan of schnitzel because I thought it was always dry. Omgosh, this pork schnitzel was amazing - lightly breaded and so moist - oh, also had goulash as a soup first. Along with the schnitzel, potato salad, and homemade cranberry sauce AND a plate of pork bellies - my oh my the food was good. We all felt bad because there was no way we could finish our dinners as we were already so full! The whole time Wolfy was sharing information about Vienna and Austria and graciously answering all of our many questions. Now - off to a nightclub bar - a favorite of his - very classy place, up the elevator in this hotel where we all chose our own nightcaps to finish off our evening. The staff here made some great drink suggestions and were amazing. You could tell Wolfy was well liked and respected in all the places he brought us. A great variety of food and fun. Being totally stuffed and relaxed, Wolfy led us back to the subway and walked with us to show us exactly which train to get on to get back to our Hilton hotel. He took such good care of us and we can see that his passion is sharing his culture and love for a good adventure with others. Totally worth the price for this amazing experience closing out our 6 countries in 13 days tour.
It was one of the best tours we took. And we travel a lot !! Wolfi the gide and owner was professional, patient, and took us to this amazing resturants and barsalso explained about the history of the places we visited & food/drinks.. We will defently would like to come again to the tour for our next trip to beatiful Vienna.
We meet up with Wolfi our tour guide for the evening. Had a great time, so much good food I would of never tried if not for this tour. Great drinks. Took us to some awesome places and Wolfi gave us lots of info on Vienna. He took some great pics of us at several stops and emailed us all the places we visited. Would definitely recommend this tour!
This was the best tour we’ve taken in Europe! Wolft picked out fabulous locations that were off the beaten path, but still gave us a wonderful feel for Vienna. We visited places and neighborhoods we never would have found, and Wolfy did a phenomenal job telling us about the area and just hanging out with us. The food and drinks were excellent, topped only by the company. We highly, highly recommend any tour with Wolfy’s company!!
