Even though the lights were not as bright or green as they appear in pictures, it was nice to be out in the middle of nowhere enjoying the ice covered forest in the dark.

This was my second Aurora Bus Tour. What I liked about this tour was that they didn’t fill each and every see on the bus so there was more room to move and we were all less cramped. Lucy was our guide and she was just so warm, friendly and bubbly! This tour was very similar to the other bus tour that I went on. The bus is heated and they offered hot chocolate and cookies. We drove to different lakes to view the Aurora. Lucy was so great and took pictures of us and promptly sent us the pictures the next day. I would highly recommend this tour1

This was a great itinerary. They arranged transportation, a great hotel, and three nights of different aurora viewing trips with excellent guides. We had a city tour with Mo also which was very good. Lucy and Leon were very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable guides. By the way, if plans do change, do not worry: there are cabs everywhere including at the airport all night (and you can call one if needed), and the Chateau Nova hotel, for example, is open and active all night long, even if people don’t seem to answer their phones at many hotels and businesses. Don’t hesitate to book — I’d definitely it do this again.

Excellent tour to take to see the Aurora. Lucy, our tour guide, took us to three different locations and went above and beyond to make sure we get the best viewing experience and took more than 100 photos for us. Highly recommend the tour.

We had our tour booked and pick up time confirmed but they forgot to pick us up! We had to taxi out to the first lake location. Our guide Lucy was great but unfortunately there were no auroras visible due to clouds and snow.
