I was very looking forward to visiting the Berlin Dungeons after having been a few similar attractions elsewhere, but I left disappointed. Although the actors were very good and put together a good show, there was nothing special. The attraction consists of various 5-10 minute sketches that have no correlation between them. Also there was nothing overly specific to Berlin which added to the disappointed. For me, the attraction should focus on one or two Berlin specific gruesome stories and develop the experience on them. For instance, towards the end, you meet The Butcher, a very intriguing character because you never meet him. I left wanting to know/experience more about this character as it was towards the end of the attraction and felt very rushed.

I visited with my 19yr son. I was so excited to visit and the Berlin Dungeon definitely lived up to my expectations. The staff was very friendly. Great actors and actresses. They played their parts as the psychotic medieval characters perfectly. They got the people of our group involved which was a lot of fun. A lot of jump scares. I screamed so much that I think they targeted me more. I highly recommend this place.

Diese Ticket-Combo ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir waren zunächst im Berliner Dungeon. Es war schon gruselig, aber vertretbar. Die Schauspieler und Beschäftigten haben eine tolle Leistung abgeliefert. Mit ca. 1 Stunde waren wir auch gut unterhalten. Das Highlight ist die Einbindung der Besucher durch die Schauspieler. Der geschichtliche Hintergrund ist weit im Hintergrund. Ein Museum kann man also nicht erwarten. Dann waren wir auch im Madame Tussauds. Die sehr schönen Wachsfiguren sind fantastisch zum Ansehen und Fotos machen. Beides sollte man einmal erlebt haben. Aber öfters ist es nicht notwendig.

Da ich 2015 schon einmal im Berlin Dungeon war und es super war, wollte ich unbedingt noch einmal hin. Leider wurde ich und meine Mitreisenden diesmal schwer enttäuscht. Wir bezahlten den vollen Preis und bekamen nicht einmal die halbe Leistung (ganze 35min vom Betreten bis zum Verlassen des Gebäudes). Alles wirkte sehr unorganisiert und chaotisch, die Mitarbeiter im Eingangsbereich waren genervt und maulten die wartenden Kunden an. Als es dann endlich los ging, hoffte ich auf etwas Besserung, aber auch die Schow wirkte sehr lieblos und die Schauspieler unmotivert und schickten einen schnell in die nächsten Raum, so als ob diese froh wären, ihren Job erledigt zu haben. Am Eingang fanden wir dann noch ein Schild vor, dass "heute" Exitus leider ausfällt. Wir haben ja wirklich Verständnis für die momentane Situation und die eingeschränkten Möglichkeiten. Aber wenn es so läuft, ist es den zahlenden Kunden gegenüber nur UNFAIR und es sollte lieber geschlossen bleiben, denn es ist unter diesen Umständen rausgeschmissenes Geld.

Im Gegensatz zu den Dungeons in England stinklangweilig. Teilweise gelangweiltes Personal und auch noch um € 25,- beschissen worden. Es gibt viel Interessantes in Berlin!
