I have mixed feelings about this play centre. It's expensive to enter but there are discounts to find. I went with an 8 year old and a 2 year old. It's a great underground play area with enough to keep them both amused for 3 hours. The cafe is basic with just hot dogs on offer as hot food. This definitely needs improvement. The 4D cinema was enjoyed by the 8 year old although fully in German so not great for kids who are tourists. The free rides were enjoyed by the 8 year old, but to be honest, he spent most of his time building Lego cars, so I refer back to an expensive play park.

We went with our 8 years old and we had a lot of fun! He liked it a lot! We built a lego snowman with a « teacher » that you can buy for 4€ after. Very cool. My son enjoyed it a lot. Yes the place is crowded (line up for the attrations but it’s normal for that type of activities and its going quite fast). We had time to do everything, the staff was super nice. As we have only one child the price was not a challenge but for a family with several children its maybe a bit expensive.

Completely waste of money/time. Place is small and overcrowded, with little attractions (read a number of incomplete lego stations where you try to built something) for children and two very childish rides, and nothing to do for adults bar waiting at the small cafe' for time to pass by (very slowly). Supervision of children not offered/lacking. Honestly, the reduced fair should be for the parents/adults.

It was VERY busy by midday and became quite crowded. By booking online and arriving at opening time we had the best of the rides, being able to ride them without queuing. It meant that as the centre became progressively more crowded we moved onto the tour showing how Lego are made, the 4D cinema and playing with the Duplo and Lego blocks made available for children’s construction. A very good time was had by all and by booking on line we saved 3 Euro on each ticket.

First of all, note that this is not comparable to Legolands. This is a fully indoor play area located on two underground floors. Getting in here and going around might be tricky with strollers/prams. Stairs are essy to reach and find between the different levels, but elevators are a bit more hidden, but they are there. There are only two rides here, but they were quite nice. Note that under 8 years olds may not be able to ride alone. The place is located in Sony Center, quite close to Potsdamer Platz, msking it easily reachable by public transportation. When we visited in June 2023 there were renovations taking place in Sony Center, making it a bit challenging to find the way to the entrance. You enter on ground level. If you have things you want to put in a locker, you better head down two floors with the elevator and then start your experience either down there or one floor up (the same elevator doesn’t stop in the middle). On the lowest floor you’ll find lots to do: one ride, factory tour (both in German and in English if needed) at certain times, Ninjago City laser adventure track, dinosaur area, 4D cinema, racers (build your car and race down the tracks), duplo area and model builders workshop at certain times. There’s also a small food/cafe joint there and when exiting, you go through a small (but filled) Lego shop. On the middle floor you’ll find the other ride and the Miniland, which offers some interactive models as well. There are some benches around the areas downstairs for adults to sit while kids play. The place can get easily crowded and it does get noisy. However, it was everything and some more than we expected and our 7-year-old son loved it here and could have spent the whole day here.
