Stop At: Memorial and Museum Sachsenhausen, Strasse der Nationen 22, 16515 Oranienburg, Brandenburg Germany

The key to this walking tour is the informative and illuminating narrative provided by your expert tour guide. During your 3-hour visit to the camp, you'll learn important background history of the site as you walk through the Appellplatz parade ground, the Jewish Barrack, punishment cells, execution grounds and crematorium, Station Z, the Pathology Laboratory and camp hospital.

We did a tour with Walid to Sachsenhausen, and he was able to provide very detailed info while we were on the tour with him. Next time I am in Berlin I will look to do a walking tour with Walid.

Really interesting tour, its really important to revisit history even though its such tragic events like the ones that happened in concentration camps. Our Scottish guide was 10/10, he had really good knowledge about all the history of the site.

It was a very interesting but heartbreaking visit. Quite overwhelming. Walk d was an excellent tour guide, he knew when it was appropriate to inject humour and also to advise about the horrors of the visit. He dealt with the travel arrangements very well. He was knowledgeable and informed.
