This tour provided a nice variety of stops on the way to the Twelve Apostles. Our guide Budgie was very personable and did a great job of providing information, playing good themed music, and keeping everything running on schedule. We were able to spend the right amount of time at the various stops and had the most time at the Twelve Apostles. We were able to see the formations from the various platforms and take the Gibson Steps down to the beach. Also, good attention was given to meal and restroom breaks. Was pleasantly surprised to have functioning Wi-Fi on the bus. This tour is a long day, but provided the opportunity to see many lovely places outside Melbourne.

We took a bunch of photos at every stop of our Ocean Road Tour. Jacqui was awesome as she guided us through flora and fauna of the excursion. She used a white board on her visor to post return time to keep our group of 20 on schedule during stops. A genius idea! She took couples photos for us, shared so much info about the area, all from memory. She is a great storyteller too. I took pages and pages of notes. Finally, she was a great driver also as we were safely transported often with songs from Australia and her own playlist. This made a long day go by quickly and enjoyably with laughter, music and her love of nature and introspection.

The tour was amazing, my tour guides Rachel and Noah were great! Rachel made sure to talk with every single one of us and made everyone feel special. I would give it 100 points BUT I have a little complaint…. not a bad one but it could be improved. If you’re going to talk about how proud you are about the coffee culture and that you have the best coffee in the world, don’t give your groups instant coffee please. If you want to serve instant coffee don’t talk about how great the coffee is in Australia. Or go to Market Lane Coffee or any of the amazing coffee shops and pick up good coffee🤗 that’s all! But the tour overall was great and I would recommend it to everyone visiting Melbourne!
