What Can You Expect?

Due to the current situation, KLIA 2 (Wellness) and Plaza Premium Lounge at KLIA 2 International Departure will be temporary closed.
Plaza Premium Lounge at KLIA International Departures and KLIA Gateway (Next to Aerotel) keep open and the operation hours will be as follow:

Plaza Premium Lounge at KILA International Departures: 08:00 - 02:30 daily

Plaza Premium Lounge at KLIA2 Gateway (Aerotel) : 07:00 - 20:00 daily

Please also note the below measurement will be in place:
• Social distancing within our lounges
• Removal of buffet bars, and switch to digital food ordering of hot food (breakfast/soups/pastas/noodles, etc) and served to customers, individually wrapped fruits/sandwiches, packed salad/cereals/cheese etc
• Canned beverages, coffee/tea in disposal cups

I paid for this lounge but did not go to it because it is outside of the secure area. I was transiting through Kuala lampur and would have to go through passport control and exit the secure area requiring me to go through security again to get to my gate. I was under the impression it would be near the gates. I have asked for a refund. Anyone think I'll actually get it? I ended up paying for a different lounge because I like to shower daily and it had already been a 24 hour trip with a long flight to Seoul awaiting. Unless you are familiar with the airport you are going to or do some serious research I recommend you wait until you get to the airport to buy lounge access.

I couldn't find a suitable place to sit and relax. The lounge it's always crowded and the food options aren't good. Not worth to pay 35 USD for a bad service.

SCAM!!! The lounge is outside of the transit area and they don't tell you in the description. DO NOT BOOK THIS LOUNGE. They keep your money and blame you for not turning up. IT IS A SCAM!!!

Probably because we were used to Malaysia Golden lounge in the past we were expecting high standards at the Plaza Premium Lounge. We were in for a shock as the lounge was very busy, there were many uncleared tables, a serious lack of food availability and the staff members were indifferent. The only saving grace was the terrific Chicken Rendang dish, which was the only meal that appeared to be available but to be honest it was delicious.

Over crowded. Does not feel premium at all. Dirty plates and cups uncollected. Food selection is very limited (nasi lemak, porridge, curry noodle, vegetarian noodle, toast). The only one that tasted good is curry noodle. Their flat white is not bad too. We got in free using credit card but if we have to pay RM 100 per entry, we will definitely skip this.
