Pick up fishing tips and techniques from an expert instructor No experience necessary: suitable for complete beginners and experienced fisherman this private experience is limited to 4 people.

Make your own way to the Fishery and begin your Family Fishing Experience in London. After meeting your expert instructor and listening to the safety briefing, enjoy a tour of the facilities and learn how to use your fishing tackle and bait.

Twenty-minutes later, you will cast out your line and put your newfound skills into action. Try your luck catching your first fish, if you’re a beginner, or for more experienced fishermen, ask your instructor for extra tips and tricks to help up your chances of a bite. Throughout the day, practice casting techniques, learn how to land a fish (once you’ve caught it of course) and, hopefully, experience the thrill of catching a fish, with monsters weighing up to 30lb (15kg) ready to take your bait!

2 hour beginners session that just flew by. Reece was on hand the whole 2 hours to help with anything and answer any questions. Very encouraging too. Well worth it. Would recommend for complete novices

We had a great afternoon and our coach was very knowledgable and friendly. My son (9) managed to catch 3 big carp with Mikes help and was completely chuffed and happy. Steve gave us the best experience! He managed to strike a perfect balance between helping a total novice like me understand what to do, why and how while being able to relate effortlessly with my partner - who was definitely a fisherman in another life. Also he was super lovely and patient with our 13month old. So pleased with did this. Aaaaaaand we caught 2 fish!!!! Thank you Steve.ox

I don't really take the time to write reviews because life is so busy with my kids but I felt this was a review worth taking the time to write about. We booked a private 4-hour family fishing lesson with Steve, he was very friendly and polite. All equipment was thoroughly sanitized which made us feel at ease. He happily answered all questions and was very knowledgable. For a family who has no fishing experience at all Steve did an amazing job teaching us. We caught plenty of small and big fish between us all. Steve made the experience amazing we had the best day! We will definitely be going back!
