This company is absolute trash. I paid over 600 pounds for 3 days of the London pass. Supposedly they said I reserved a tour a WEEK before I got to London so therefore my pass expired and they won’t give me a refund. I asked them how I used the pass a week before I arrived? Got some bogus answer. Absolutely horrid customer service. Every bus company and other company says to avoid them at all costs in London. Thank god for my credit card company but I will never ever book with them again. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AVOID AT ALL COST! I didn’t read the reviews and I wish I did

For us it was worth it because we already knew what attractions we were going to visit and it ended up being cheaper with the pass.

Seems to be a solid value, just be aware of possible price reductions that may be in effect. We went to Hampton court but paid at the gate since admission was half price. On all regular price venues, this saved a decent amount compared to purchasing directly. Be aware that to use the pass you need to download the Go City app and access your pass through there.
