Uber Boat by Thames Clippers advertise an after show service from the 02 arena, not technically true, Take That are appearing at the O2 arena for 6 nights 25th to 29th April and on 1st May, the after show. Service is only available the first 5 nights. Had we known in advance that there was no after show service on 1st May we would have booked a different Hotel.

I've travelled all around London via Tube but I never gave it a second thought to do it via boat. We were down for the Marathon and I had to go to the Expo at the Excel Arena so we decided to head to North Greenwich to board the boat to our hotel in Putney. Got our tickets on the day with no problems whatsoever. Checked the timetable beforehand and the boat arrived on time. Cracking boat, looked to be brand new?! What a journey! 1 hour 40 minutes think it was, absolutely fantastic! Saw all the sights with my parents and my daughter who had never been to London. If you get a chance do this!

Think twice before using this service. Allow you to buy a ticket, boats do not turn up or are heavily delayed and refunds not accepted. Do not use.

Somewhat negative experience. We were denied boarding as the boat was delayed and full (understandable). A refund request was declined by customer service. Their best offer to reschedule within 90 day was not explained when we enquired before leaving the pier. Do not purchase a ticket before first going down to the pier and confirming that you will be able to board the service! You will -not- be refunded if the service is delayed or full and you have to use alternative transport options.

My 6 year old granddaughter really wanted to try the Uber boat and have a trip along the Thames. We selected the London Bridge - Putney service and I'm so glad we did. it was amazing to see Tower Bridge, the London Eye followed by the Houses of Parliament up close. My granddaughter was really excited to spot Big Ben! We were helped by a really kind member of staff at London Bridge Pier - Mike, who I'd like to give a big shout to for his assistance and knowledge of the services.
