What Can You Expect?

Your driver will meet you at the hotel reception, then take you to your destination, making a maximum of 3 stops on the way to drop off or pick up another passengers.

The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so it doesn’t matter when your flight departure. At time of the booking, please provide your departure date, flight time, flight number and airport destination.

Note that shuttle means you will have to share the vehicle with other passengers. Vehicles will make a maximum of 3 stops.

  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Most travelers can participate
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

Waiting at 5am for our transport to pick us up at the hotel to go to Heathrow airport. It was over 1 1/2 hour drive to the airport and our flight departed at 9am. Finally got in touch with La Vacanza Travel since the transport company did not answer their emergency number. La Vacanza Travel said they were picking us up at 7:30am! We would have arrived at the airport when our flight departed. Had to call a cab to come get us. La Vacanza Travel refuses to refund our money even though I had contacted the company prior to our departure with our departure time. We were in the lobby at 5am waiting as that is when I was told they would pick us up. Have used La Vacanza Travel while traveling in many countries but will not use them again as they do not stand up for the customer.

Great trip! Driver arrived early so we didn’t have to worry about being late! Driver was super nice and Car was clean and roomy!!
