Our driver was on time and clearly visible in the crowd. He was very helpful with the luggage and negotiated the traffic very smoothly. A great experience.

There was lack of communication with our pick up time. It's confusing because our pick up time was not listed anywhere on the reservation and when I inquired about the pick up time it was too late to get an answer. They showed up 3.5 hours before our departure time to the train station that was a 20 minute drive. I have never gone to a train station that early. 60 minutes would have been fine. We were not refunded as the driver had been dispatched and was waiting in the lobby. I had to send him away because we were not ready and we ended up taking a cab, which I wish we had just done in the first place because it would have been cheaper. I do use La Vacanza Travel for a lot of bookings and really like the service. In the futue I might skip thee car service and just stick with tours.

I have used Viotor all the time, this particular time the driver was parked a block and a half away from the station, he didn't not want to leave his vehicle. We had to drag all our suitcases and walk all the way to where he was parked. It was the worst.

Driver greeted us and La Vacanza Travel got us from point A-B again without any issues. Thanks! The only issue may be cost. High compared to alternative options.
