Great trip to check off the boxes of things to see on vacation. Steve was a great guide. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Our driver did a fantastic job of getting around safely and even knew the backroad shortcuts.

Very nice overall experience despite the rain and chilly wind in the stonehenge tour. The Bath was a very nice place to visit.

Most horrible tour we have ever been on! The tour was going well until we got left behind at Windsor Castle. We went inside and were last in line to use the restroom. From there we were separated from the group. After we had walked through the entire castle, we didn't see anyone we recognized. Unfortunately, we got lost looking for the car park and went to the wrong one. It would have been a 10 minute walk to the right one if we would have known where we were supposed to go. I didn't know we would have to look for the bus park on our own and didn't pay enough attention to which alley way we had to walk through to get back. We accidentally walked past it and ended up at another parking lot. They called us to say they were leaving in 15 minutes but by the time someone gave us directions and we got to the parking lot, they had already left two minutes before. (One man was even kind enough the walk with us until we found it.) We had already been trying to get back for 30 minutes and the associate on the phone didn't have any knowledge of the area. All she could tell us was that they were leaving and would not be able to wait or turn around. We had to catch a few trains back to the city on our own because Bath was too far away to get to on our own. It was a 2 hour trip. I think the company definitely could have been more helpful in helping us find the parking lot. The associate that called was trying to be kind, but said that there was nothing she could do if the bus left and it did right after we got there. I booked it the night before so I couldn't get an Evans tour like I wanted to. The other drivers in the parking lot said that this company leaves people behind all the time. "If you are late or lost; they will leave. They don't care" is what we heard from several other tour drivers. The tour guide did make several jokes at the beginning of the tour about leaving people and how we had to be nice to the driver. He wasn't joking; they do leave you stranded!!!! It was a shame because the service was terrible and unprofessional. We got back to the city and did some sight seeing on our own and made the best of the rest of the day. I did let my travel agent know not to suggest the tour to anyone else. This could be a nice tour so if you decide to take it be sure to know which streets and alleys to take to get back to the bus at all times. They will not accommodate you and will not give refunds!!
