The guide never stopped talking and would tell us to see places from the bus after it passed the sites. Not enough time at Stonehenge only 45 minutes to take the shuttle and reboard bus w/o time to see museum. Lunch was at the most horrible restaurant in Lacock, the George's where I ordered the steak and pie there was NO steak, the peas were from a can so the only thing edible were the fries. At the end of the tour the bus returns to a different station further from the boarding one and very little instructions on how to get back to my hotel so got a black cab for a cost of 30 pounds. Stonehenge is something to see. We went to Windsor castle which was closed and instructed to wait over an hour to see the guards marching up the street. Bath is beautiful, but I was so frustrated by this time did not get off the bus. The drive back was 2 hrs and we were not informed there was a toilet on the bus

It was not explained the castle would be closed. it only said admission was not included same as the roman baths. we got to bath so late it was closed as were many of the stores. We did not get to see changing of the guards, we saw them march past only.

A busy day, but a wide variety of terrific sites. Our guide Andrew was particularly great. A nice mix of humor, great tips, and incredible knowledge of history. Really enjoyable and first rate tour.
