My wife and myself went on the Baker Street tour having done a few other hidden underground tours which we found very interesting. The Baker Street tour was nowhere near as interesting, quite a bit of time is spent walking through public areas while going to the next area which would be found behind other closed doors. On the plus side the tour guides were informative and knowledgeable. Other station tours such as Clapham deep shelter and Down Street are far more interesting. Strange that you are emailed a pdf leaflet a few days after you have done the tour, it should be sent before the tour so you can at least read up on it before going.

My mum, sister and I did the Baker Street store this morning and it was really good. Interesting and amazing behind the scenes views and facts. The staff that took us round really looked after us, made sure no one got lost and everyone got to see everything. I felt a bit dizzy halfway round (I am 6 months pregnant) and they helped find me a stool which they then brought round so I could sit down at each stop - I really really appreciate that it was so kind!! Thank you very much the to tour team today, we had a great time and will definitely look out for more Hidden London tours!

Our guide, Peter, was very knowledgeable and with a good sense of humour. He shared lots of historical anecdotes. Worth the visit!

Would not recommend. This was clearly set up to look like a Hidden London tour behind the scenes at the tube stations but it was not. The material was interesting but not new to me. I felt like it wasted my time and money especially since we took several train stops which you the guest pay for. The guide was good, which is a shame because the tour premise fell short.
