The behind the scenes and props were great. Provided great insight in how the episodes were filmed. Would have been helpful to have a tour guide provide some explanation as what to expect on the tour. Our bus tv monitor sis not work.
What a tour from start to finish. Arrived on a themed bus & had a magical 4hrs to explore. Spells, butter beer and so so much more
Grandchildren liked the the tour of the studios very much. But the cost is too much. Bus left on time and your rrrrsentative on the bus was polite and patient
We booked the Harry Potter studio entry tickets separately, and then booked the Return transport via Golden Tours. While the studio experience is great, we could not do full justice to it as we had a fixed return time ticket from the studio back to Central London via Golden Tours. So it was quite a mad rush. The bus by itself is purely functional to get you from point A to point B with some degree of comfort. They played the Harry Potter movie on the way, but it was of very poor quality (both visual and sounds). Half way through, the movie stopped playing altogether. For the return journey, we could only hear the dialogues but faced a blank screen. To give you more time at the studio and save on transport costs, you could consider looking for alternative modes of arriving at the studio (eg via Watford Junction).
My daughter came down with strep throat the night before the tour. She was quite ill and ended up in emergency. I called customer service and asked to change the date of our tour. I didn’t want a refund…just a date change. They refused. So I had to leave one child behind. And I paid for three tickets, but upon finding out I wouldn’t be taking one child, they took the last ticket away. My guess was so they could sell it, even though I had paid for it. Awful business practice.
