Visit the summit of Mt Titlis on an afternoon tour from Lucerne, where spectacular mountain vistas and a range of snow-themed attractions await. After arriving in Engelberg, ride on the aerial cableway to the summit of Mt Titlis for roughly two hours of free time. Entry to acclaimed glacier attractions such as the rotating Titlis Rotair gondola, Titlis Glacier Park, Ice Flyer chairlift, Glacier Cave and Cliff Walk — Europe’s highest suspension bridge — are all included (weather permitting).

Pass By: Lucerne, Lucerne

Board your coach in central Lucerne (Frankenstrasse 2-4) , and travel south to Engelberg, a glorious alpine village tucked in the shadows of Mt Titlis.

Stop At: Bergstration Titlis, Engelberg 6390 Switzerland

On arrival, hop aboard the aerial cableway with your guide, and then ride to the glacier’s summit — some 10,000 feet (3,020 meters) above sea level. Take a ride with the revolving cable car "Rotair" and enjoy the spectacular sights of the glacier's deep crevasses and gigantic ice boulders.

Stop At: Titlis Cliff Walk, Along the Cliff of Mount Titlis Swiss Alps, Engelberg 6390 Switzerland

Visit the Glacier Cave and pass over Europe's highest suspension bridge - the Cliff Walk! Take a ride with the Ice Flyer which brings you close to the crevasses and the Glacier Park where you can experience snow tubing even in summer! Enjoy magnificent views of the Alps from the restaurants or the sun terrace.

One of the most breathtaking experience we have had! A must see and a must do tour - you cannot leave Luzern without experiencing the views Mount Titlis has to offer. The tour itself is seamless - from pickup to the end of the journey, Sofia, our tour guide, have been instrumental. Instructions were clear, and we had plenty of time to enjoy every attraction on Mount Titlis. We were blessed with good weather, and with recommendations from Sofia on where One can appreciate the infinity mountain horizon, this has made our trip truly memorable. The journey includes cliff walks, ice flyer rides, and snow tubing - more than enough to keep our smiles going from one ear to another. Highly recommended! We will be back.

Getting on the bus and getting there was very easy and simple. The guide was very clear about the directions and gave us a general map of information in the area. The area itself is very well designed with excellent signage, and we were easily able to do all of the activities. I would recommend bringing lunch with you, is that the only activity we didn’t participate in, but I would hate to waste time eating when there’s so many beautiful things to see.

I would 100% recommend this tour. I am a solo female traveler and met two other incredible solo women travelers as well. The guide gave her speeches in two languages which may be a deal breaker for some but didn’t bother me. It was a quick 30-40min bus ride from Lucerne and then she gave us the tickets and off we went to have fun on the mountain! All of the experiences were great. We had good weather so the clouds came and went often at that high of altitude. The ice cave was super cool being surrounded by that much ice. The ice flyer is just a ski lift, so if you ski a lot, that might be a let down. The bridge was incredible too but we couldn’t see down very far due to the clouds. My favorite part was by far the free sledding if you allow enough time for it. If you have a small amount of time in Switzerland this is a great option to get to the mountains. Would recommend!
