I was skeptical about many things before traveling to India. I was scared that it would be overwhelming for solo travel, however in my guide Swetti I found a true companion. She, along with our highly skilled driver (is extremely difficult to drive in Delhi) took me around the most beautiful places I have every seen. Her commentary was nothing like your regular lonely travel book, she was quoting verses and sometimes full paragraphs of beautiful lyrics and novels apt to the places we were seeing. Her explanation of Hinduism, caste issues in India, religion etc was precise and illuminating. To add to that a really good photographer. She didn’t hesitate to suggest pictures, places and was very appreciative of my love for art and details. She tailored the experience to my interest, making special stops to admire and explain the architecture and artistic expressions around the places we visited.

A good tour but we did not cover all the places on the list. One of the museums was closed when we got there. The tour guide should plan the tour according to the trading hours. The guide was knowledgeable of the places and very patient.

Absolutely amazing experience with my guide and driver. We covered a lot of ground during the day, and it made the nigh impossible task of navigating Delhi totally doable.

This was a great tour highlighting the top sights of Old and New Delhi. I loved that our tour guide was flexible, staying at some places shorter or longer than others to accommodate for what we really wanted to see. While we ran out of time to see everything on our list, they did a great job getting so much into the packed schedule and I'm so glad I booked this tour. I definitely recommend picking the Akshardham temple as well, there's truly nothing like it!
