Google won't let me post this for some strange reasons but I think this is a fair review. So, I will start this off by saying the kids had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the experience however we won’t be going back as ultimately it’s the adults who make the decision and I’m afraid the company that runs the park and hotels is sub par. Newport Bay hotel is terrible. It’s so old, not clean, the bathroom pipes in the shower smelled the whole weekend, there is never enough staff, there is no pharmacy on site or even a small convenience store on site (we were told to go to the next town or the train station), the food is awful. Nothing is healthy. Even the hotels scrambled eggs seemed to be watered down, all the meats are ultra processed and there is hardly any vegetables or fruit. We also noticed a member of staff in the breakfast buffet use the same cloth to clean the bottom of chairs on the dirty floor to wipe the tops of the tables clean that people eat on. Onto the park itself, the owners are clearly focusing on profit before customer service. For a venue this size and with this amount of customers on a daily basis there are hardly any staff in the park. The time even to get crepes took over 30mins and the queue wasn’t even that long. It’s just that two people were serving everyone. Secondly, it’s not their fault but the staff just haven’t been trained well in customer service. If people are queuing so long to get things then just communicate with everyone or cheer people up waiting, or interact with the children, this is Disney land after all?! The lack of water is a real problem. A lot of the public fountains do not work and there is hardly anyone selling bottled water. The sign posting is pretty bad too. All in all, the kids will have fun because it’s a “fun” place for those ages who like Disney films but be prepared as adults that it’s not well run, poor quality, slow, low customer service and unhealthy food everywhere.

It’s a beautiful park but comparing to other Disney Parks it does not have as many attractions. Cast members are generally rude, when you need to get information it’s hard to find them. The plus side was their premier access system. We could always find availability for the attractions we wanted. It’s also not crowded like Florida even on their high crowd days. Food was not good and restaurants are expensive. Felt like it was more for kids aged 5-10.

Brilliant experience for the kids, the que’s this time of the year were ok for most of the rides. Plenty of things to do and see. My kids had never really been in to Disney but they were still excited to see the various characters walking around. The only negative thing I would say is the food is not the greatest unless you or your kids love cheeseburgers and chips so take your own food.

Unfortunately my 4 year old son suffered an accident 2 days before which resulted in him being in a cast on his leg. The park no longer provides support for this type of injury and it needs to be a long term condition for them to assist. It meant I would have to carry him for 10-45 minutes per ride which was very tiring. Therefore my kids didn't have the most "magical" experience. Thankfully some staff at the rides were sympathetic to his situation and helped him enjoy the rides. It is sad that disneyland have tried to reduce their support to children based on the type of medical issue. The staff hands were tied.

- Many rides and attractions look tired and need a cost of paint and some maintenance - Everything is an opportunity to see how much people will pay. All food, beverage and other purchases are about twice the cost that you’d expect. Fast passes for rides are insane prices - No access to drinking water, so you have to pay 3-5 euros for a bottle of water. Three of the drinking fountains we tried to use were broken - They seem to have missed the fact this is Euro Disney and more than half of the people in the park do not speak French. French and English are mashed together and many attractions won’t make sense to non-French speakers. - Staff are generally not enthusiastic and seem quite miserable unless they’ve got their parade face on. - Food options are very poor, everything is fast food and of poor quality. Food and drink could be far better. - Character breakfast was extremely expensive and only the old characters appeared (Pinocchio, Tigger etc.). One character missed our table and their handler refused a photo unless we were seated, they refused to come back to our table.
