Steve was a wonderful guide. He gave us many details about the places we visited. We would have liked more time at each place, but there is just not enough time on a day trip. The morning before boarding the bus was a bit confusing, but all in all a trip everyone should experience.

Our Guide - Steve was awesome. He brought fun into the rainy day! The highlight was the American Cemetery, had an opportunity to fully appreciate and say prayers for the sacrifices of our fallen heroes…

The trip was perfect. Very well run and on time. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Weather did not fully cooperate, but we were prepared and it worked out. Overall it couldn’t have been better!

The tour guide didn't shut up from the time we got on the bus at 7am until the time we got off at 8pm (which was a good thing.) Not only did she give detailed history of the landings, but she gave background history, what else was going on in the region at the time, and the role that the land, buildings, and people played. She was insanely knowledgeable and informative. I am terrible with names, so I forgot hers, but she was wonderful. The scenery and old buildings are the silent stars of the show. They look like they have for hundreds of years, though most have been partially or fully rebuilt. Even if history or military events aren't your thing, you can still go for the sights.

Standing on the Omaha Beach looking up at the ridge and picturing it all. Sobering and deeply moving. My father served during WWII and participated in the D-Day landing. He came home - many did not. He never spoke about it. There are no words.
