Nice staff om the boat. Had every Things under control. Snacks and drinks were transported to the Islands. Unfortunately jellyfish ruiner snorkling twice, but we Got to go on the 3rd island

Got picked up way to early and had to sit and wait 2 hours waiting for everyone else to arrive when ur was a 20 min journey to the dock. Then on the way home I had to sit and wait an hour for people off a completely different trip to show up and when asked how long i will be waiting for he said 1/2 hours he didn’t knoq

If I were to book this now I'd book the full day trip. Fins were not included in the snorkeling equipment which is a bit regrettable, and there was quite little snorkeling eventually compared to what we expected. Because of jellyfish we completely skipped the main snorkeling spot, and we wish there would be another alternative spot in cases like this. Otherwise this worked out very well, we were picked up at our hotel and taken good care of. They offered us some snacks on the trip aswell.

The hotel pick up was torture. We got off a cruise ship tender and found the hotel meet up. Then made 3 more hotel pick ups before the hour drive to the marina. This speedboat and islands were great. We did have to pay for beach chairs at 2 stops. Left Marina at 5:30 pm and didn’t get back to ship until 7:30 pm. For half a day tour we were on for 9 hours.

The tour operator never got in, touch with us in a timely manner to tell us where we were supposed to meet him. We walked up and down the street looking for someone with a sign or our names, and could not find anyone. They still charged us, even though we could not find where they were. I appealed the decision, but was told the operator had already incurred costs. I may never use La Vacanza Travel again let alone this company.
